If you have a hosting plan with us and you create email addresses in your account, you'll be able to forward it with no more than a couple of clicks to another address of your choosing. The option can be enabled when you make a brand new mailbox or whenever you want later and deactivated just as quickly in case you change your mind. This is done through the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel in which you will manage your account. In addition, you will have the option to choose if a copy of the inbound e-mails will remain on our servers or not. The advantage of this feature is basically that you will always have a copy on your end if something occurs with the other mailbox or if perhaps it isn't active for reasons unknown at the time a message is forwarded. When the feature not active, an email will be received, forwarded and erased from our servers regardless of whether the remote e-mail address is functioning or not, so it is actually a wise decision to have it enabled just to be prepared.
E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Hosting
Forwarding an e-mail address located on our servers can be very uncomplicated in case you have a semi-dedicated server plan with our company and it will not take you more than a couple of mouse clicks to create. You can do this through the Emails area of the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel and you will be able to keep an eye on the mailboxes that are being forwarded and where your emails are going to with a glance. The option is enabled and disabled for each of the mailboxes inside your account. You can also enable or disable a handy option that we offer - a backup of the messages being sent through our servers can remain on the server. By doing this, you'll also have a backup copy of your incoming email messages and you'll not have to be worried about loss of any information. If you have this option disabled, you risk losing e-mails when there is an issue with the remote mailbox.
